Thanksgiving in Ka'a'awa

Opal took off all her clothes and ran around for hours
My uncle's house is right on the ocean. Nothing like Thanksgiving by the sea.
Here is my family with the beautiful Ko'olau mountains in the back.
My uncle has this adorable, beachy collection of buoys, surfboards, paddles... I love beach houses.
Here is a full picture of my Auntie Winnie and Uncle Skippy's house. Beach in the front and mountains in the back. We go here every year for Thanksgiving and always have a blast!

Turkey Day Continued

My cousin Lilinoe and Opal with a little Thanksgiving kiss.
So happy to be at a party!
All Opal's boy cousins played chickenfight in the ocean.
Opal tried to hang with boys.
So pretty in her dress from Tutu.

More Turkey Day

Our family.
Tutu and Bootsie look for shells and glass.
Opi with a smoochie face.
My Auntie Pie and Uncle Skippy (cutest nicknames ever.)

I just couldn't help posting this cute pic of Opi on the horse at the grocery store in her underwear! She is so cute right now that it makes me want to stop time.

2 Is Awesome!

Now that Opi is 2, she can do so many more fun things! If you know me, you know I love to make things and Opal has been crafting away with me. Tonight we made sparkly, glitter hearts. Here she is painting the glue on the hearts.
The little artist hard at work.

When all the hearts were finished, we strung them into a garland for her door!

Sunset at Kaimana

We went down for a sunset swim this afternoon. It is finally starting to cool off a little in Hawaii.

Zoo Trip

Opi & Da Da went to the zoo this morning, she has more fun each time she goes. Now she know almost all the animal names!

Ice Cream Truck

We are in one of the few areas in Hawaii that has an ice cream truck. He only comes by on Sunday evenings and this is the first time we let Opi have some. She was scared at first but then in love. She totally hogged the cone.
